(Reuters photo)DANANG: The leaders of the Trans-Pacific Partnership free trade deal will try to clinch a clear agreement Friday to implement it without the US, Japanese officials said. Canadian Minister of International Trade Francois-Philippe Champagne said on Twitter, "Despite reports, there is no agreement in principle on TPP". The 11 TPP countries are Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam. With the United States, the Pacific Rim trade pact covered around 40% of the global economy.
